This is our 43rd annual running of the event. Register early and please spread the word.


  • Starts and finishes at Flemish American Club, 313 N Burr Blvd.
  • Course is fairly flat, out and back.
  • Race begins at 1:00 PM.

 Age Group Awards

14& Under, 15 - 19, 20 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 40 - 44, 45 - 49, 50 - 54, 55 - 59, 60 - 64, 65 - 69, 70 - 74, 75 - Over.

Awards to the first 3 finishers - Male & Female in each division
