The purpose of this event is to give back to the local community and to become more aware of how we can make a difference together!

The I Embody All Things Great 5K was founded to inspire and motivate others to care for themselves both inside and out so that they have the positivity, strength and energy to not only do great for themselves but for others in this world!

Join us on April 14, 2018 on Navarre Beach, FL to run, walk, move in honor of your greatness while helping to do good for others by raising money for The Weekend Food Program of Navarre. The Gulf Coast area is filled with children and families who need our help! The 5K is a fast and flat certified out and back course along beautiful White Sands Boulevard.

Pre and Post Party: Party with DJ starts at 7:30am and goes until 10:30am! We're going to have a great time!

Jogging strollers are allowed! Awards for Top 3 (male & female)!

Water stations and will be located at approximately the 1.5 mile mark on the 5k course as well as other refreshments and at the end of the course.

Packet Pickup will be held at Juana's Pagodas from 5pm-7pm! Follow the signs from the parking lot. If you cannot make it you can have a someone pick up your packet for you.
Items can also be picked up starting at 6:45am on Race Day near the Timing Station.

Overall 1st place 5K - Male & Female
Overall 2nd place 5K - Male & Female
Overall 3rd place 5K - Male & Female
Overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for Jogging Stroller - Male & Female

Age Group medals 3 deep with the following age group breakdowns: 5-10, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-89.

Participants registering after 3/30/18 will not be guaranteed a shirt or specific size. If you haven't already please register as soon as possible.

The Post Race Party and Awards ceremony will take place at Juana's Pagodas -
1451 Navarre Beach Causeway, Navarre, FL, immediately following the race. We will announce when everyone should head over for the awards ceremony. There will be light refreshments served as well as beer!

The Weekend Food Program of Navarre
This program provides nutritional supplement to hundreds of South Santa Rosa children.
Each week of the school year countless children on the free and reduced school lunch program go home and aren't sure if they will eat that weekend. It is hard to imagine in our great and proud community that kids go hungry.

You can help feed a child with just a small donation. Weekend Food Program provides nutritional supplement to hundreds of South Santa Rosa children thanks to donations and support from people just like you.

Please consider making a donation to help our children have a better chance at a future. Just $2.50 will feed one child for a weekend. $10 feeds a child for a whole month.
A $100 one-time donation will ensure that one child will be fed for the year.
