In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrator, waive any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the city of Winterset, IA; Winterset Rotary, sponsors and officials associated with the “Covered Bridge Race,” their successors and /or assigns for any injuries incurred by me or my minor child in said event. I also hereby authorize any medical treatment deemed advisable by any licensed physician or emergency medical services personnel while participating in this event, and grant permission for any photographs taken of me and/or my minor child during the event to be published.
